Day 01 - Transfer to Gangtok

Arrival at (IXB) Bagdogra / (NJP) New Jalpaiguri Railway station,  Travel Time: 4- 5 Hours   

Our representative will escort you for the forwarding journey. Revel in the warm welcome you receive from the hotel staff, complete your check-in procedure and take some rest in your room. Spend the first day of your Sikkim-Darjeeling vacation leisurely. Check out your refreshing surroundings, munch away steaming momos, take a stroll on the hilly roads or simply relax and breathe in the cool mountain breeze. End the first day of your Sikkim-Darjeeling tour with a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel.  

Day 02 - Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir/Nathula (Optional)

Visit the borders between India and China There is no dearth of tourist attractions in Gangtok with places to visit like Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Mandir. After having a lip-smacking breakfast today, get ready to range over these two iconic tourist attractions in Gangtok. Tsomgo Lake is situated at a height of 12,400 feet featuring exceptional views and plaid waters. However, Baba Mandir is a temple dedicated to Major Baba Harbhajan Singh who sacrificed his life for the nation.You can also visit the strategic pass- Nathula Pass, offshoot the Old Silk Road. However, the permit is subject to availability. After an exciting day, return back to the hotel and cuddle away the night with the love of your life.

Day 03 -Gangtok Half-Day Sight-Seeing & Darjeeling Transfer

Post a fresh & delicious breakfast; proceed for a Half Day city tour of Gangtok. The itinerary consists of tourist attractions likeHandicrafts & Handloom, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Bakthang Water, Flower Show- transfer to Darjeeling. Breathe in the delicious aroma of tea as you ride through the winding roads to this charming little hill town. On reaching Darjeeling, check in to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing night in the arms of Darjeeling.

Day 04 - Darjeeling full day sight-seeing with Tiger Hill

Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view Sunrise over Khanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – Enjoy a cup of piping hot Darjeeling tea at one of the tea stalls. Come back to your hotel for breakfast and rest for a while.Later in the day visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Make sure to take your kids to visit the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), and the Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays) , Tea Estate Paranomic view, Peace PagodaTenzing & Gombu Rock & Natural History Museum (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays)  for an amazing experience. Rummage through souvenirs at the market in Mall Road and buy lovely trinkets. Return to your hotel in the evening stay overnight.

Day 05 -  Departure

Wake up to a beautiful day and relish a hearty breakfast. A representative will transfer you to the railway station or the airport from where you can board your train/flight back home. The last day of your Sikkim-Darjeeling tour ends here.
